We want our residents to live as independent and full a lives as possible and work together to provide a home from home in a very caring and highly competent professional and friendly atmosphere.

It’s very important to us that all our residents are fully consulted about matters that effect their wellbeing and quality of life. It’s of paramount importance that their wishes come first and their interest are catered for.

Beverly Emmett is our Registered Manager. Beverly has worked in the care sector for over 20 years. She is particularly experienced with clients with dementia, physical disabilities and old age. She has an NVQ level 2 and 4 in Health and Social Care, She also holds the Joseph Rowntree Certificate in Care and the Registered Managers Award.

Beverly is ably assisted by team Leaders who have all achieved an NVQ level 3. All our Day Care and Night Care Assistants are trained to NVQ level 2 as a minimum.

In addition we have two Team Leaders and one senior Carer who have all achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care a second senior carer has NVQ level 2 and we have 19 day and night Care Assistants who either have or are working towards a National Vocational Qualification.

Three domestic assistants, catering staff and a handyman complete our ancillary team.
