If you, a family member, friend or loved
one would like a place at Abbey Lea,
you will find more information,
guidance and downloadable forms here.

If you are interested in applying for a residential place here at Abbey Lea, please get in touch for a chat. We also welcome visits by appointment to show you round and give you a flavour of how we live and all the activities we do.

Read and download our  Abbey Lea Service User Guide. This easy to read guide includes everything you need to know about making Abbey Lea a home from home.

We accept local authority and privately funded residents. Find our more about funding a residential home place.

To apply for a place for yourself or someone you care for, please download and fill out our Abbey Lea Resident Applications Form. Then complete and return it to us.

Fees are upon application. Laundry and housekeeping are both included.

Read and download our Abbey Lea Private Care Contract and our Abbey Lea Local Authority Care Contract

We work hard to resolve any issues or concerns as soon as they occur. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our services there is recourse to a complaints procedure, which you will find the information within the Service User Guide viewable from the link above.

Whatever you would like to know, please feel free to get in touch with us…

Perhaps you may not be ready for residential home care but could benefit from care delivered to you at home? We are part of Riccall Care group and we may be able to support you, your family and loved ones with home care visits. For further information, please visit Riccall Care.
