Anybody who works in care is required to hold a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate – formerly a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) – before they can commence any employment involving vulnerable adults. The checks for this certification can take two to three weeks to complete. If you are invited for interview we may we ask that you bring with you the following items:
- Birth Certificate
- Driving Licence & valid Insurance Certificate
- Marriage Certificate, if applicable
- Valid Passport
- Recent bank statement
- Utility bill – (must have your name and address on )
- Recent P60/P45
This will allow the prompt completion of the DBS check should you be successful at the interview and you accept the a job with us.
